The Mistyfied Salon Service & Appointment Policy
At Mistyfied Salon, we take our guests very seriously.
Salon Services
We do not issue refunds on any salon services. However, should you have questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon manager within 48 hours of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your hair. Your rescheduling will be with the Hair Stylist who performed your service, at no additional charge.
Product Returns
All Products have a one-week return policy, and must be more than three-fourths full (close to full). If paid with a credit card it will be credited back to credit card and you must have your receipt. If paid with cash you will receive a salon credit. Promotional items or discounted items are non-refundable.
Discounts & Gift Certificates
Only one discount can be used per visit. If discount is for a first time client, it can not be used for an established salon client. Discounts or coupons cannot be applied to services with promotional pricing. Mistyfied Hair Salon Discounts are not valid for any of the Independent Contractors (stylists) in the salon. Please ask your stylist if a discount can be used. Gift Cards or Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash or trade. Purchased Gift Certificates can be used for Mistyfied Hair Salon only for Services or Retail Product. Donated Certificates are only good for services. Independent Contractors (stylists) do not honor any of the Mistyfied Promotional and/or Purchased Gift Certificates.
No Show and Timely Arrival
The salon cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive later then 10 minutes after their scheduled time. If you can call to inform us that your running late we will try to honor your appointment. However, the salon reserves the right to refuse a service to a guest who is more than 10 minutes late to a appointment. If you do not call and do not arrive for your appointment, it will be considered a “no-show”. Any guest who doesn't show up for their appointment more two times will only be accepted in the future as a walk-in or with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
