The Mistyfied Salon Service & Appointment Policy
At Mistyfied Salon, we take our guests very seriously.
We do not issue refunds on any salon services. However, should you have a question or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon manager within 48 hours of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your Hair. Your rescheduling will be with Hair stylist who preformed Your service at no additional Charge.
All Products have a two week return policy, must be more then three fourths full(close to full). If paid with a credit card it will be credited back to credit card and must have your receipt. If paid with cash you will receive a salon Credit. Promotional items or discounted items are non-refundable.
Discounts & Gift Certificates
Only One Discount can be used per visit. If discount is for a first time client it can not be used for established salon client. Discounts or coupons cannot be applied to services with promotional pricing. All Mistyfied Hair Salon Discounts are not good for any of the Independent Contractors (Stylists) in salon. Please ask stylist if discount can be used. Gift Card or Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash or trade. Purchased Gift Certificates can be used for Mistyfied Hair Salon Only for Services or Retail Product. Donated Certificates are only good for services. Independent Contractors (stylist) Do not Honor any of the Mistyfied Promotional And Purchased Gift Certificates.
No Show and Timely Arrival
The salon cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive later then 10 minutes after their scheduled time. If you can call to inform us that your running late we can try to still honor your appointment. However, the salon reserves the right to refuse a service to a guest who are more then 15 minutes late to a appointment. If you do not call and do not arrive for your appointment, it will be considered a “no-show”. Any guest who doesn't show up for their appointment more two times will only be accepted as a walk-in only and or a 50% non refundable deposit.
